WHAT IS ARK?

Thousands of years ago, five strangely shaped pods labeled as "K.R." make landfall...

From unknown origins, Arkhize (Arc•highs) is 1 of 5 extraterrestrials that crash-landed on Earth many years ago. They came without memory of what their purpose is and what they are, but the ability to do almost anything. Their bodies − void of organs, meat, and/or bones − only consisted of extremely minuscule devices that can emit positive, negative, and neutral charges. They are similar to particles or atoms, and is the key to their near unlimited creation... Only limited by their "core".The core is made of an indestructible material, about as small as the average apple in your hand, and is the storage container for these tiny devices. Every Ark has one uniquly their's. This core controls those devices remotely and also behaves as the "brain" of these creatures. Which explains why it is... pretty small. It contains SEXTILLIONS of those tiny devices and will hold them, and store them, until Ark mentally calls for them, in which they will disperse to wherever they need to go.Essentially, the core is like an indestructible main control center and storage for nanobots... ATOMICALLY SMALL nanobots which can hold positive, negative, or neutral charges. And it is because of the core and those nanobots, that Ark is able to be... Ark.But that's not all... Let's delve deeper...Since these "atoms" can be controlled and given any charge at-will, this means they can be told to behave like different types of matter. They can be told to bunch up close together to create molecules, and those molecules can be told to behave like a liquid or a solid. OR they can be told to have the same atomic mass and structure as any element on the periodic table!Therefore this means he can control his body temperature, his shape, what material he's made of, and most importantly... This means that Ark can configure his body to become BASICALLY ANYTHING...

But he's not smart enough for that, and nor is the core able to provide that many atoms.

As mentioned earlier, the core stores sextillions of "atoms", and they can be told to basically create and do anything. But a human body alone is made of OCTILLIONS (thats like 6 more zeros). and also just because he CAN make anything, doesn't mean he knows HOW to. There are VERY specific atomic structures that you have to know in order to make certain things. But Ark is an idiot, so he doesn't know them all.So to keep things relatively simple he limits himself to only certain periodic table elements, and makes his body resemble an anthropomorphic black bear in order to fit in. Which, YES, would arguably need MORE ATOMS, because of it's size and how many specific animal cells, meat, and organs he would need to create... unless again, he limits himself. So instead of telling his atoms to configure themselves to make something complicated like fur or skin, he simply sticks to a body made of a simple material like iron or copper, and leaves his insides empty. But sometimes he does like to make organs and things like that in his body, just to "feel" something...So because of his limitations, for a black bear, he is unusually skinny, small, and not really "black"... or at least compared to the other anthropomorphic bears on this planet...

A planet for which he has roamed for a long time...

What about the "K.R." pods?

Ark's core is indestructible by every means, and it holds and controls the atoms used to make up this creature. The core is his consciousness. But what if the core runs out of atoms to keep Ark alive? To keep his body shaped? The core is indestructible, but these tiny devices are not, and they CAN run out...When Ark can no longer create a body, he will die.
But the core will not.When Ark "dies", the core will begin to glow and float automatically. It will gather any of the tiny devices as it can from Ark's dead body like a vacum cleaner, and it will use them in any way it can in order to get it's way all the way back to "K.R. #4". If the core is trapped in a wooden box, it will use the atoms to create heat and burn the box down. If it is trapped underground, it will use the atoms to create propulsion and break through the surface.The core is Ark's consciousness, but when Ark dies, its like something else takes over. Something like survival instinct. While Ark sits in the backseat of his own mind, the core does anything it can in order to make its way back to pod K.R. #4.Abnormal in shape, the same pod that Ark crash landed in, along with the 4 other pods, is also a respawn chamber. Its only about as big as an average bookbag, weighs about the same too, and its made of the same mysterious indestructible material as Ark's core. But the real mystery is what's inside of those pods... Because somehow, someway, they are able to create an infinite amount of the artificial atoms that Ark is made of.When an Ark's core reaches the K.R., the pod will open up for the core and let it inside. Once inside, the K.R. will refill the core as much as it can with the particles that Ark is made of. This doesn't take long, only about 2-3 hours for a COMPLETE refill. Then once done, Ark can choose to stay there for as long as he wants to. But when he chooses, he can shoot himself out. Its a respawn point, and a sort of stasis chamber...So basically... ARK CAN'T DIE... but if you can stop his core from reaching K.R. #4, you could effectively "kill" him... in a sense... But stopping the core is EXTREMELY hard, because it always finds a way. It will use the atoms from Ark's dead body to destroy any obstacle in it's way. So even if you kill Ark, and shoot his core into outer space, as long as it has at least a FEW "atoms", it WILL find it's way back to that pod...

It is unknown what "K.R." even stands for... But once figured out, it could point to what Ark's purpose is...

He doesn't know what "K.R." stands for, but he does know why there is a "#4" on his pod... Because as mentioned before, there were 5 pods — including his — that landed. All with their own number as well.Upon landing, each pod opened up to shoot out their OWN cores for their OWN "Ark", controlling their OWN atoms.
Upon landing, Arkhize realized that he was just ONE of MULTIPLE beings that were CREATED and SENT HERE for a reason...It is possible that whatever created him believed that only ONE of Ark was NOT enough... Although all 5 pods landed at the same time, its believed among them that the numbers indicate a chronological order of their creation. Arkhize was number 4, so its believed he was the 4th Ark to be created... and he might possibly be the best version of himself...Because the others are NOT.

Why are there multiple arks?

WELL THATS WHAT THEY'RE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT!

In order of the numbers on their pods, these are the first 5 Arks to land on Earth...• #1 − Has a strange fascination with believing he is ALREADY dead, and is a ghost, (even though he literally cannot die). So he makes his atoms behave in a gaseous form on purpose, and speaks in a "ghostly" way all the time. He was dubbed: "Ark_Died".• #2 − Is in love with the dark arts. He believes in dark magic, hell, spells and other things like that. "Dark_Ties" was the name given to him.• #3 − Somewhat rational thoughts and actually "normal" in some way... Except he thinks he's OLD and knows EVERYTHING (when he actually isn't and doesn't). He believes he was the first Ark to be made and that he should be treated as such... The name "Ark_Hived" was given to him.• #4 − That's me... Arkhize, the one writing all of this. Hi there. I wont explain who I am. All you need to know is that I'm definitely the most normal, and you'll learn more about me soon enough.• #5− Somewhat just as normal as Arkhize... (and actually one of my favorite versions of myself). He cares for the group, has rational thoughts, and he knows how to speak to people... He just doesn't want to be the leader. But he has this way of always getting on the good side of people. He really just ties the whole group together... Which is why we called him "Ark_Ties".

It was just those 5 Arks for the longest time...

Thousands of years would pass, all 5 of them just watching time go by together. They would explore the world, and interact with it's inhabitants sometimes. Discovering things that they shouldn't have. Watching as a society filled with humans and beastmen, grew and developed. The entire world would come to know about their existence as well, because the Arks would sometimes even ASSIST in the growth.They're aren't looked up to as Gods or anything though (thankfully), due to them not doing anything too spectacular, and also blending in with the wide diversity of the planet already. Anthropomorphic animals with dyed fur and strange quirks to their bodies, like shells, talons, fins, and shedding skin. Humans changing their appearances so easily with all different kinds of devices and tools...Nobody would bat an eye at how Arkhize looked... But suspicious eyes definitely are still on them anyway...Governments and other forces have tried to kill them before out of fear and use their abilities for their own gain MULTIPLE TIMES. Wars, bargins, and pleading to help THEIR country so that they can be more powerful than ANOTHER country. But 90% of the time, the Arks would not help unless they know one side is wrong. People have tried to mimic their cores and pods, and figure out how they work, but just can't (NOR CAN THE ARKS).The Arks can't die, don't cause any harm, and don't DO anything except live in a forest and explore the world. So these 5 creatures have kind of just been left alone with themselves...Until the 21st century came and changed everything...

The beginning of A.S.S.

In late 2134, more "K.R." pods would begin to come into the atmosphere... continuing to count up the number further and further. From 5 to around 20+, with more on the way... all landing in the same forest as the first 5 did.These Arks inside of them not only having just one trait, but sometimes just being straight-up imitations of pop-culture characters. The amount of Arks got out of hand... A simple village of Arks in a forest wouldn't be enough. So they decided to do something...In early 2135 it was decided that they would make a proper safe haven... An underground facility in a forest north of Minnesota, ran by Arks, protected by Arks, made for and BY ARKS. LITERALLY. As they are not really "citizens" and don't have jobs, they decided to do it on their own.It would be made using parts of their own bodies. Arms, legs, and more, shape-shifted into your average ordinary brick or piece of metal, and THEN severed off from their connection. Its not like they're losing anything important, since their pods hold infinite amounts of atoms. So any arm or leg used to make something like a piece of railing, could just be grown back. But the pain was STILL there unfortunately, and the trial and error made this construction last a long time.Every wall, piece of equipment, and screw, was part of an Ark... but you'd never know. And all of these Arks, different in their own ways, created an underground society, revolving around the one thing they ALL have in common other than their bodies...A love for women. Not any women, a specific KIND of women with a certain KIND of personality... Thats literally the only fucking thing. They would make an entire group around the dumbass idea of it, dubbing it the name:
"Arks' Simping Stupidity".A.S.S. made the goal of treating chosen women not as 100% romantic relationships, but as GODDESSES. They chose to worship, respect, and praise them at every whim. Few of these women seeing A.S.S. for exactly that and embracing it... enjoying it. Enjoying having these strange, yet limitless creatures do and create almost anything for them. These Arks expecting nothing in return, but sometimes getting something anyway... occasionally. There's not yet an explanation for why the Arks do it... YET. But these women wont question it.The ones who make their choice to stay in this group, would then be added to a list with a total of 25 slots.This group still keeps growing till this day, and decisions on adding women to their "list" is always being discussed, with rejections and research always being done. What happens when the list is filled hasn't been decided among them... But the Arks and the women of A.S.S. don't think about it.These Arks came here without a purpose, so they made one for themselves... Even though it is a pretty shitty and deranged purpose...
But its been a success for far, so... why stop now?Arkhize was decided the leader of all the Arks, so he gets the final say in most things. And because the other Arks are... the way they are... they do not leave the facility, only Arkhize can, as he is the most normal. In the mean time, Ark_Ties takes over when Arkhize leaves.When Arkhize is out and meets a possible interest to the A.S.S. list, he will obviously tell her EVERYTHING there is to know about A.S.S. and himself (If she doesn't already know because of the government and news). If she takes interest in him, and is okay with what A.S.S. is, she is then discussed among the group if she is the kind of woman they are looking for. If its an overall YES, then the group gains a new woman. If NOT, then she is a reject and is not added, which happens more often than you think it does.These Arks are simps, but they have high standards.
